Humourist Will Rogers coined an enduring truth a century ago when he said …

“Even if you are on the right track, you’ll get run over if you just sit there.”

The Sweet Spot

We think of the right track as a company’s strategy and our goal is to help organizations avoid getting ‘run over’.

Understanding your unique business challenge and working with you to create implementable and lasting solutions is what we do.

Bringing practical and refreshing approaches to the important business of being successful at business is how we do it.

Simply put, we get stuff done.

How we think about Things

We recognize good strategies often fail - not because the strategy was wrong - but because of a failure to develop a robust and actionable plan. Driven to help organizations ensure they have both the right strategy and implementation framework, we engage with clients to help transform vision into winning operations.

Are we Right for you?

If you are in Agri-business, Live Event Management, Tourism/Hospitality, or a not-for-profit, we may be just right for you.

Our toolbox contains a select set of skills including change management, critical decision making and transforming strategy into action. And with over 30 years of experience, we know there can be significant gaps between identifying the right strategy and implementing the right strategy.

WE’re Team players

Organizations are consumed with day-to-day business operations, more so now than ever. We want to be the extra pair of hands or set of eyes that supports an organization’s leadership team through independent assessment of challenges and objectives, a methodical approach to decision making and planning, all combined with a deep understanding of the specific needs of executive management and boards of directors.

We add value by being able to focus on specific, short and long-term issues impacting organizations - freeing management to apply maximum resources and energy to operations.
